Valenta

The last 2 1/2 months I have been in an intensive PHP outpatient program designed to focus on my eating disorder, depression, and anxiety. It has been a whirlwind. I thought i would be there for 1-2 weeks max. I did make the decision to d/c myself against medical advice of Friday. For over a year now I have been planning and training to go on a missions trip to Africa. Well that trip begins today. My plan is to return to program once I return. I know there is still a lot to work on.
